Hatha Yoga
Classes begin with a short relaxation, moving through warm-ups to standing postures and flows and end with a longer relaxation. We often work with breathing and meditational practices to create an authentic and full yoga experience.
Duration: 90 Minutes
Times: Wednesday Evenings (8pm - 9:30pm) & Friday Morning (9:30am - 11am)

Meditation
Classes include various meditation practices from guided visualisation, mantra, sense withdrawal, mindfulness and many more. Whether you are a complete beginner or enjoy a regular practice, these classes will enhance your connection to the quiet inner space.

Location: Live Zoom class is recorded and can be accessed at your convenience as many times as you like for the following 2 weeks.

Chair Yoga
Classes begin and end with a short mindfulness practice and most exercises are seated, promoting strength and flexibility. Some standing work is included to promote better balance and strength for those who want to stand using the chair for support. All work is very much at your own pace and the classes are friendly and inclusive.

Weekend Workshops
Exploring in depth posture work and allowing you to enhance your knowledge and understanding of your body as you move through the class. Meditation, breathing practices and deep yoga nidra relaxation complete the workshop, for a truly immersive yoga experience. Suitable for all levels, from student teachers and adepts to complete beginners.

1-2-1's
Suitable for all abilities and particularly useful when recovering from injury/illness/long Covid or when you prefer to have individual tuition in your own home. I specialise in helping those living with MS, Parkinson’s, arthritis and long Covid. 1-2-1’s sometimes include mindfulness techniques to help with stress and anxiety and breathing practices to improve breathing capacity plus the physical practices to strengthen, improve posture and balance and flexibility.
Also suitable for pregnancy and beyond.

Yoga for Pregnancy with Active Birthing and Post-natal and Baby Yoga
60 minute Yoga for Pregnancy classes – suitable from 16 weeks to term.
60 minute Post-natal and baby yoga – suitable from 6 weeks post partum. Post natal recovery work for mums, along with movement and singing with babies.
